Usually we use this icon to determine that whether this cashier PC can connect to E-Invoice api.




If this icon now not showing green color, need to do troubleshooting for the following:


1) Go to "D:\QasDev\QubeAcctLink\WebApiAcctLinkAgent\Log\(Today's date in yyyymmdd format)"


2) Open the "yyyymmdd" txt file, check the content.


3) If it shows "Store code is not found in SYSDB", go to "D:\QasDev\QubeV10\Backend", open Register.ini.




4) Search the "P034", then it will guide you to this "DEFAULT_STORE" field. Rename the "Store Code" according to the correct store code (Depends which store code you are remoting now).

Then save this ini file and close it.




5) Reopen the FPOS, and click "Point Of Sales", now can show green icon.
